Camp Misty Mount provides simple shared family style cabins furnished with cots (there will be two or three people per cabin). There is electricity in the cabins, but not much else. There is a modern (heated) restroom facility close-by with shower facilities.
The dining hall has a commercial kitchen with refrigerators and freezers. We will bring pots and pans as they are not provided by the park.
Note: Cell phone reception can be very unreliable depending on your carrier.
Suggested things to bring:
- Sleeping bag or equivalent bedding*
- Sleeping pad*
- Pillows
- Your own toiletries including towels
- Umbrella/Rain-gear
- Hiking boots/Shoes
- Flashlight/Headlamp
- Camp chair for sitting by the fire-pit*
- Program literature
- Meals for Friday evening, Saturday breakfast and lunch.
*We have gear available to borrow. Just ask in advance!
