Food and Meals

Our retreat has traditionally offered two meals. The first is on Saturday night. It is normally a large meal that is designed and cooked by our food committee. The menu has varied, but you can be assured that it probably will be simple, nourishing, and fit most abstinence plans.  We also provide a brunch on Sunday. The brunch follows the same rules as the dinner. Both are usually a team effort.

We often buy some common staples that people are welcome to throughout the retreat. Fruit, cereal, milk, coffee ( of course!!!) and other things we often buy for those who wish to supplement any food they bring.

All other food you desired should be brought by the attendee. As stated in other pages, their is freezer and refrigerator space meant to be able to accommodate 100 people.  It is safe from critters and clean.
